Every time I sit down at a restaurant and they hand me a 15-page menu, I feel it. Not excitement. Pressure. Too many options. today i felt proud of what i’ve built after many weekends, evenings and vacations that went into the hundreds of iterations of @mailoverai . i tried to test it just like a new user would experience the app and everything was smooth and worked! it’s in a stage that creates real value for me and i like it. half of the battle is done: a nice product that saves time, removes noise, simplifies email and makes life easier for many. the other half is letting the world know about it. next challenge: i need to reach people who need it and communicate the value in their language and visuals that resonate with them. it means learning more about marketing, many trials and errors, improving wording, messaging, better visualization, creating more diverse creatives and executing till i pave the path to people who will need it the most.

“oh! so it’s a one-man-show!” the reaction i got multiple times in a founders conference in munich after i explained @mailoverai my reaction to their reaction? “you know the OS that runs most computers in the world was also made by one man! the difference is what i do is way easier than that!”

interestingly 3 of these frictions are mentioned on @mailoverai landing page and is my goal to take away for Gmail users: - decision fatigue while email triage - dealing with overflowing inboxes - filtering noise in notifications i think it’s already working to some extent but i will perfect it daily till my usage of the gmail app drops by 90% without increase use of mailover app. then i can say that these goals were achieved.

@pmarca My goal with @mailoverai is to remove inbox all together for emails. I think the battle for suppressing noise in our communications is more than phishing/spam detection.
