This paragraph is one reason Rolf Dobelli is my favorite author:
“If we are being logical, success is merely the final link in a long chain of coincidences for which we ourselves can take zero credit. So if you really think about it, there’s nothing for us to be proud of.”
Why is there so much truth in this statement?
Well… if you think you worked hard and earned your success, you may be overlooking:
- your lucky genetic makeup
- your lucky birth geography
- and your lucky family and environment, whether it nurtured you well or challenged you enough with pain to make you resilient, strong and hard-working!
Do you agree or still think you deserve some credit for your success? 😂
