Blockchain is an enabling technology.

It enables decentralization, transparency, trustlessness, and tamper-proofness. These attributes make it an ideal candidate for improving governance, efficiency, and security in some systems just to name a few.

Cryptocurrencies are one prime application of public blockchains. But there is more to blockchain than just cryptocurrencies. Big companies (Walmart, Microsoft, IBM…) already built their own private blockchain for applications like supply chain tracking, exchange clearinghouses, and royalty settlement systems.

Easily digestible, useful and interesting insights, and very engaging. Both technical topics and business topics are very well covered and presented. I really enjoyed this book and learned a ton of ideas.
