One of the Best. As Aristotle said, “you are what you repeatedly do.” 95% of what we do is the result of habit. And as John C. Maxwell said, “you can not change your life until you change what you do daily.”. So we are enslaved by our habits! and this book is about creating little positive habits which compounds overtime and make a quantum leap in the results we are getting. So you first make your habits and then your habits make you. I really enjoyed the read and start a new habit which is tracking every minute of what I’m doing during the day and write it down and at the end of the day evaluate it to find bad habits and patterns which are repeated. And get rid of them and find time wasters of my day. Great Concepts Told By Great Guy.
