It was enjoyable, easy to follow and had a really good reading pace. For me it was one chapter each night.

The book is mentioned 4 rules of building habits. Really simple, actionable and effective concepts. If you build a list of habits and apply these 4 principles for each habit, you will end up building them as your life long behaviors as long as you make a list of your bad habits that waste your time, health, money and energy and apply the 4 apposite rules to remove them for ever.

I really enjoyed reading this book and I will try to apply these rules to my behavior change process.
